Crystal Electronics Ltd is a small electrical engineering company based in Northamptonshire; its main function is the installation and fitting of digital aerials, satellite systems and security alarms. This also involves the distribution of pictures to other rooms in the home or work place. Its roots go back to the days when as a fifteen year old boy the owner of Crystal Electronics started working with his uncle's aerial firm, (22 years ago now I'm sad to say).

A typical week for our teams of engineers is offering expert advice to our customers in a variety of areas. From fitting aerials or satellite systems, through to alarms and full CCTV security systems. More common now is to also fit additional plug, phone and TV points in 2, 4, 6, 8+, rooms. We undertake regular contract work, house builders and local councils who use us for their tenants' homes. Our main priority however, remains our individual customers.

Our managing director Mr Dean Port, has been awarded the highly coveted title "installer of the year for the UK" by the CAI - the highest honour an engineer can get in the industry. His list of qualifications is also outstanding, far too many to mention.

We use all new sign-written vans, with the ultimate in test equipment and tools on board. The stock we carry is based on the principle be prepared for any situation - it's a much higher ratio than the average riggers van. For your security and peace of mind all our uniformed engineers also carry an identity card.

We have recently opened a new flagship store in Wellingborough, where you can see the latest equipment and discuss your requirements.

We pride ourselves on customer service - it's the most important thing we do. We make sure we turn up when we say we will, with a helpful, friendly attitude, taking good care of your home as we work.
