A. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to give an accurate quotation without looking at the job first, the best we can offer is the basic aerial or satellite cost.

Q. What is the area that you cover?
A. We are located in the Midlands, however we can travel anywhere so long as the customer is prepared to cover the travelling expenses.

Q. Is the work guaranteed?
A. Our work has a one year parts and labour guarantee backed up by the CAI industry guarantee (this is the best you can get).

Q. Can my aerial go in the loft.
A. Yes, but we always advise outside, as this will give better pictures and does not cost any more to do.

Q. Can you do the work at a time that suits us because we are at work during the week?
A. Yes, our engineers work both Saturdays and Sundays so as to fit in with our customer's timescale.

Q. Do you have proper insurance?
A. Yes, we carry twice the legal requirement - £2 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability, by Nat west Insurance.

Q. Do you have a code of practice?
A. Yes, we abide by the CAI code in full, this is the highest in the land.

Q. Are you going to get my house dirty?
A. No, we go to great lengths to keep your house clean, even to the extent of always taking our shoes off before entering your home.

Q. Will fitting an alarm system mean a lot of wires through my home?
A. No, little or no wires will be visible after the alarm is installed.

Q. How can I help to reduce the risk of burglary?
A. By fitting a deterrent to your home the risk of burglary is reduced from 100% to 2%.

Q. I'm worried that this may be too expensive after the costs of moving home.
A. Easy payment terms are available and discounts for existing customers.

Q. Can I only pay by cheque or cash?
